Alexander is Chief of Staff and Principal at Fulcrum Technology Holdings where he leads M&A, fundraising, corporate finance, and principal investing. He has helped raise funding rounds from seed stage to public listings, and previously worked in M&A at a large bank.

Omair is a Management Consultant at a leading strategy firm and a former Innovation Strategist. He has supported investments across the alternatives industry from Angel to Late-stage PE and previously worked for MaRS and the Ontario Teacher’s Pension Plan.

Brandon is a Management Consultant at a leading strategy firm and a former Harvard Humanitarian Initiative Software Engineer. He has built software for some of the humanitarian world’s top institutions, and previously worked in VC with several funds.

Josh is the Founder of Finance Interview Coach, a leading educational organization focused on IB, PE, corporate development, and VC. He has worked on a variety of PE and M&A acquisitions, as well as an IPO and a Series C funding round. Josh has previous experience in PE and IB.

Thomas works in M&A execution at a Canadian strategic software acquirer, and has lead and worked on international acquisitions driving all stages of deal execution. Thomas previously worked for IBM in Corporate Finance, Pension Funds, and Complex Sales.
